Theo như đề xuất kiến nghị của tỉnh Bình Định, bộ GTVT cho biết Chính Phủ cũng đã giao cho các cơ quan có thẩm quyền xem xét và lên phương án triển khai xây dựng, lập báo cáo trình Chính Phủ và Quốc Hội. Bên cạnh đó đại diện bộ GTVT cũng trình bày thêm về việc sử dụng ngân sách nhà nước và ngân sách địa phương hỗ trợ sẽ có rất nhiều bất cập và khó khăn xảy ra trong giai đoạn thi công khi rút kinh nghiệm ở các tuyến cao tốc đã xây dựng trước đó, đặc biệt là về kỹ thuật thi công khi theo quy hoạch tuyến cao tốc có tính chất riêng biệt. Vì Vậy bộ đề nghị UBND tỉnh Bình Định phối hợp với các cơ quan khác trong quá trình triển khai thực hiện thi công 1 cách chặc chẽ nhằm đảm bảo việc thi công xây dựng theo quy hoạch trước đó. 4. Huyện An Lão có 3 dân tộc chính là Kinh, Hre và Bana, mỗi dân tộc là một kho tàng văn hóa phong phú và đa dạng về nghi thức lễ cưới, cúng làng, cúng con nước, hát Ta lêu, Ka choi, hát ru, nhạc cụ cồng chiêng, sáo; các Lễ hội mừng lúa mới, Lễ hội cồng Lão có nhiều cảnh đẹp, non xanh nước biếc như hồ thủy điện Sông Vố thị trấn An Lão, thác Đá Ghe, thác Long Vo xã An Hưng, hồ Hưng Long xã An Hòa, thác 4 Tầng xã An Quang, thác R’rê, thác Rông xã An Vinh. Gần đây, khi nói đến An Lão, có thêm một địa danh mới để mọi người cùng tham quan, đó là hồ Đồng là dự án thủy lợi trọng điểm của tỉnh Bình Định được đầu tư xây dựng và hoàn thành cuối năm 2021, diện tích lòng hồ rộng 503,36ha với cung đường bê tông chạy quanh hồ khá đẹp. Hiện hồ Đồng Mít được tích đầy nước tạo phong cảnh đẹp, góp thêm điểm đến du lịch hấp dẫn cho huyện An Lão có một nơi được gọi là “Cổng trời” trên vùng cao An Toàn, với độ cao hơn so với mực nước biển, trong đó, Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên An Toàn với hệ sinh thái đa dạng, có nhiều loài động thực vật quý hiếm là nơi trải nghiệm thú vị dành cho những du khách yêu thích khám phá thiên nhiên với khí hậu mát trời vùng cao An Toàn, huyện An Chủ tịch Thường trực UBND huyện An Lão Đỗ Tùng Lâm chia sẻ Để đánh thức tiềm năng du lịch tại An Lão, UBND huyện rất quan tâm đến việc phát triển du lịch và coi đây là ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn trong tương lai. Huyện đã quy hoạch 12 điểm du lịch trên địa bàn huyện, quan tâm đến việc mở rộng, xây dựng các tuyến đường giao thông; thu hút các nhà đầu tư xây dựng hệ thống khách sạn, điểm vui chơi để thu hút khách du lịch. Bên cạnh đó, tăng cường quảng bá, giới thiệu những điểm đặc trưng của du lịch An Lão, lãnh đạo huyện đi khảo sát, đánh giá tiềm năng du lịch tại thác 4 tầng xã An Quang và một số điểm du lịch tiềm năng trên địa bàn đẹp vùng cao An đó, UBND huyện An Lão đưa ra danh mục 8 dự án kêu gọi đầu tư lĩnh vực du lịch trên địa bàn huyện, với tổng diện tích khoảng Trong đó, 3 dự án có diện tích lớn nhất gồm Dự án bảo tồn và phát triển vùng sim An Toàn với 306 ha, tại tiểu khu 1, xã An Toàn, xây dựng khu du lịch sinh thái phục vụ tham quan, nghỉ dưỡng vui chơi giải trí gắn với sản xuất rượu án đầu tư nông trại kết hợp du lịch trải nghiệm hồ Đồng Mít với 300ha, tại xã An Dũng, xây dựng khu du lịch sinh thái phục vụ tham quan, nghỉ dưỡng vui chơi giải trí. Dự án đầu tư khu du lịch trải nghiệm hồ Hưng Long với 300ha tại xã An Hòa, xây dựng khu nông trại kết hợp du lịch trải nghiệm phục vụ tham quan, nghỉ dưỡng vui chơi giải An Lão được đánh giá có nhiều tiềm năng trong phát triển du lịch sinh thái và du lịch nghỉ dưỡng, đặc biệt là tại xã An Toàn, với khí hậu mát mẻ và sở hữu khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên với nhiều loài động, thực vật quý Lão có nhiều tiềm năng về du lịch sinh huyện An Lão ban hành Kế hoạch tổ chức Lễ hội du lịch hè năm 2023 từ ngày 15/6 đến ngày 15/7 năm 2023 tại xã An Vinh, An Quang, An Dũng, An Nghĩa, An Toàn và thị trấn An Lão nhằm tuyên truyền giới thiệu hình ảnh, vẻ đẹp, ý nghĩa và giá trị của Lễ hội gắn với các giá trị lịch sử, văn hóa tuyền thống đặc trưng, tiêu biểu của nhân dân các dân tộc trên địa bàn huyện An Lão. Giới thiệu những tiềm năng, lợi thế về tài nguyên du lịch sinh thái, du lịch cộng đồng, du lịch nghỉ dưỡng đến đông đảo nhân dân, du khách trong và ngoài tỉnh, khách quốc tế; quảng bá hình ảnh hoa sim – biểu tượng vẻ đẹp của vùng đất và con người An Lão, phục vụ cho phát triển du hội du lịch hè năm 2023 là một trong những hoạt động lớn của huyện An Lão thiết thực chào mừng các sự kiện chính trị của huyện trong năm 2023, hướng đến kỷ niệm 60 năm Chiến thắng An Lão 7/12/1964-7/12/2024. Lễ hội là hoạt động văn hóa nhằm tiếp tục “xây dựng và phát triển văn hóa, con người An Lão đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển bền vững đất nước”. Thông qua Lễ hội tiếp tục đẩy mạnh phong trào “Toàn dân đoàn kết xây dựng đời sống văn hóa”, qua đó bảo tồn, tôn vinh bản sắc văn hóa truyền thống các dân tộc trên địa bàn hội du lịch hè năm 2023 là dịp quảng bá nét văn hóa đặc trưng của đồng bào Hre, Bana An Lão đến đông đảo nhân dân, du khách trong và ngoài tỉnh, thúc đẩy du lịch phát triển, góp phần thực hiện thắng lợi mục tiêu phát triển du lịch tỉnh Bình Định trở thành ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn giai đoạn hội du lịch hè năm 2023 để giới thiệu quảng bá về vùng đất và con người An Lão, các tiềm năng thế mạnh của huyện nhằm thu hút đầu tư vào huyện, trong đó đẩy mạnh thu hút đầu tư cơ sở hạ tầng du lịch tại các điểm đến tiềm năng để đáp ứng nhu cầu tham quan, phục vụ du khách trong thời gian Bình
